Chart Audits / Chart Abstraction
Review of pertinent patient events. Our team has a methodology based upon key templates to assist your staff in performing an in depth chart review and construct a clinical story outlining key opportunities for improvement. These stories are reviewed by a selected team of Clinical Leaders capable of making the necessary changes needed to improve patient care.
DNV Quality Management and MS9 Oversight and Development
Assess current status which includes a review of non-conformities, provide road map towards compliance, and execute the plan to provide DNV required reports. Our team assists facilities in gaining ISO 9001 certification.
Data Analysis of Daily Harm Events
Assess current status of specified harm events that are both publicly reported and tracked by facility leadership.
